OpenTofu → Talos Linux → OpenBao & Flux → Cloud / air gap

OpenTofu modules, immutable Talos nodes, OpenBao, Flux, policies, backups, architecture documentation and operating procedures.

Public static validation of contexts, OpenTofu modules and Helm charts.

The Scaleway path remains experimental and requires operator review before deployment.
