# Train teams in cybersecurity

Adrien Murillo — Murillo Consulting

Have teams work through a scenario, technical environment or risk decision. Adapt content to their roles and starting knowledge.

I design and facilitate awareness sessions and workshops for technical and business audiences. We define the objective first: understand a risk, execute a procedure or justify a decision.

The professional record includes awareness training and mentoring. The KYPO CyberRange was designed for 60 users, with 8 scenarios and 10 environments.

## Define learning outcomes
Identify the audience, prerequisites and situation participants should be able to handle. Adapt terminology, material and practice depth.

## Practice
Combine explanations, demonstrations and exercises in a suitable environment. Business audiences work on decisions and responsibilities. Technical teams work on controls and procedures.

## Debrief and assess
Review decisions, mistakes and evidence. Check learning with a final case and provide reusable material.

## Deliverables
- Audience-specific program and objectives
- Material and exercise instructions
- Explained solutions and learning assessment
- Resources for independent practice

## Boundaries
- A professional certification issued through this page.
- Guaranteed duration or funding before scoping.
- Exercises on third-party systems without authorization.
