Data processed

The form sends your name, email address and request topic. These fields, together with an acknowledgement that you read this policy, are required to submit it. Organization and free-text message are optional. Technical context — source page, service, resource and UTM campaign parameters — may also accompany the request to explain its origin and prepare scoping. It is not used for advertising profiling.

The server checks the acknowledgement but does not add it to the email content. Cloudflare infrastructure and the Resend delivery service transmit the request to the configured recipient. The website does not store it in a database.

Purpose and legal basis

For a general enquiry, the information is used to answer the message and identify the appropriate contact or next conversation. This processing relies on the legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry received.

When you explicitly request scoping, a quotation or preparation of an engagement, the necessary information is processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or a newsletter.

Recipients and technical services

The request is sent to the configured contact mailbox under Adrien Murillo's responsibility; by default, this is contact@adrien-murillo.com. Cloudflare runs and protects the website; Resend delivers the email. They receive only the information required for their technical role.

These providers describe their processing terms and, where applicable, international data-transfer safeguards in their respective policies. You can also request further information at contact@adrien-murillo.com.

Abuse protection and technical logs

The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions when it is enabled in the relevant environment. Cloudflare then processes the technical data required for that check under its privacy policy.

Structured logs retain the request's technical outcome and strictly limited conversion dimensions, including clicks to one of the explicitly referenced public repositories. They do not record the name, email address or message content; campaign values are logged as non-reversible fingerprints. Retention follows the Cloudflare infrastructure settings and policies.

Retention

The website schedules no database retention. The received email remains in the recipient's mailbox for the time needed to handle the request and, if you request an engagement, to prepare it and follow the professional relationship. Cloudflare and Resend retain technical logs under their own policies. You can request deletion, subject to legal obligations or the need to retain evidence relating to a contractual relationship.

Cookies, audience measurement and external content

The website code creates no advertising cookie. It injects no Cloudflare Web Analytics script by default: that script can be added only if a public token is explicitly configured at build time. This policy must be updated before any additional measurement tool is enabled.

The website is hosted through Cloudflare Workers, operated by Cloudflare, Inc.. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website under its privacy policy.

The Lab browser game runs locally. It requires no account, sends no score and retains none after the session.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and request portability where its legal conditions apply. Send requests to contact@adrien-murillo.com.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
